These terms govern your use of bransonfinancial.net and the Branson Financial text message program. By using this site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to them.
Who we are
Branson Financial LLC ("Branson Financial," "we," "us") is a commercial loan broker based in Warwick, Rhode Island. We are not a lender. We help businesses and investors find business-purpose financing from third-party commercial lenders. We do not arrange loans for personal, family, or household purposes. We arrange financing in 41 states and do not arrange loans in Arizona, California, Illinois, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, South Dakota or Vermont.
No offer or commitment to lend
Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or a loan approval. All loans are subject to each lender's approval, underwriting, and terms. Information on this site is general, may change without notice, and is not financial, legal, or tax advice.
Text message program (SMS terms)
Program. Branson Financial sends text messages to people who opt in on our website form. There are two kinds of messages, each with its own opt-in:
- Non-marketing messages about your commercial loan inquiry: replies to your request, appointment reminders, document requests, and loan status updates.
- Marketing messages about commercial loan programs, financing options, and company updates.
Consent. Opting in is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. You will receive messages at a frequency that varies with your inquiry.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Text STOP to the number that messaged you at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have opted out, and no further messages unless you opt in again.
Help. Text HELP to the number that messaged you, or call (401) 999-7071.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Using this site
You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse this site, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

This site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branson Financial is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.
